Not sure if this is the worst strata company out there but it is definitely on my list.
Not sure if it's just the person in charge of our building Cary Grandy. But his response to my multiple messages multiple time are not at all prompt if at all.
First time I had problems was when I was trying to get an extra stall for parking. This took me hounding the company with calls and Cary Grandy with emails 7 times before I could even get a listing of stall numbers that were available for parking. Basically it took me 3 months to get a parking spot.
We had fences put in 2 and a half months ago. All of them with gates. My gate was installed defectively. So I contacted Cary Grandy and told him that my gate is already drooping on the side it swings open. He told me that they had to look at it when the next council meet happened.
So I waited the next council meeting happened and called him again and emailed him. Since my parking stall contact with him I thought it would be best if I kept correspondence together.
He told me that there would be someone there to fix it with in the week. Which was March 18, 2013.
I contacted him by email again on March 20th informing him that the gate people had still not come. Then again on April 9. With multiple phone calls in between it is now May 3rd and since March 20 when I told Cary they had not come by yet and May 3rd I have had zero response to any of any sort to my emails or phone messages about this subject.
